 Prices
All
our list prices are including the German value added tax
of
currently 19% and exclusive of packaging, shipping and
freight
insurance. Additional services may be charged extra. With
the
release of a new price list all previous prices will be
invalid. Prices
and product modifications are subject to change without
prior notice.
Errors and omissions excepted.
Also we reserve the right to alter prices anytime due
to supplier
price increases. Further, unforeseen customs charges,
import and
export-charges or foreign exchange control may have an
effect on
the prices charged.
Costs
of cancellation
If
the buyer chooses to cancel the order without further
reasons,
reserves the right to charge 10% of the total
amount of the purchase for processing and loss of earnings.
We will
not accept returns without the appropriate postage.
All
delivery commitments to the customer are subject to the
delivery of our suppliers. Delivery delays caused by the
manufacturer will not entitle the customer to cancel his
order.
Partial shipment is permitted.
Delivery
will be affected ex Birstein.
will not compensate for noncompliance,
incorrect delivery or non-delivery.
We
will not ship to P.O-boxes and poste restante.
Purchased
goods will be delivered Monday through Friday.
Transport
damages
urges you to check delivered items upon receipt for
completeness and possible damages. If the shipment appears
to
be damage please immediately complain to the deliverer.

Conditions
of payment
Your
payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We do not
grant
discounts or allowances. Advance payment applies to all
orders.
Method
of payment
Please
quote your invoice number with your advance payment. There
is no minimum order amount. Please contact us for the
applicable
and individual shipment charges.
Tax
refund
We
will refund tax expenses to export customers located in
non EU
countries, though we will deduct a 10 EUR processing fee
after
receipt of the original invoice with a customs stamp.
Banking
charges are to the customers expense.
Returns
& Refunds
We
will refund unused items returned to
within
1 month (date of receipt), except custom-made items or
items we
specifically ordered for the customer and are not part
of the regular
items list.
Should
the customer refuse to accept the delivery and the shipment
is returned to us it is assumed that the order has been
canceled.
However, charges for freight and insurance, will be passed
on to the
customer.
